Duroflex couplings™ who change the rules of the game MetalCloak are the only vulcanized ones elastomer, self-centering joint improved with DuPont fiber™ Kevlar®, which offers incredible durability with greater misalignment in the control arms and better vibration damping than anything else available. Exclusive to MetalCloak (see detailed information in the main body) .
Le bobine True Dual Rate™ offer the most comfortable and stable stroke compared to traditional single speed lifting springs and offer better load handling than typical coils “progressive/multi-rate”. Our True Dual Rate coils are extra long with free length to maintain contact for extreme articulation. MetalCloak has over a decade of proven dual speed reel performance.
Durotrak bushings reduce NVH (noise, vibrations and hardness) which can be transferred to the driver and offers a smoother ride while improving the vehicle's steering input. The patented track bar bushings are a design in 2 parts that can rotate of 360 degrees on a vertical plane without obstacles, minimizing horizontal forces to keep the axis of the Jeep centered and you go in the right direction.
Fox shock absorbers 2.0 Performance Series that have comparably limited travel, but they behave well.
The height adjustable front and rear shocks are a MetalCloak first and foremost and allow you to adjust the stroke to suit the size of the tire you have chosen for. Add more bump stops or remove it to adjust the necessary clearance without having to remove the coils.
This is an entry-level kit consisting of high-end parts: a 2.5-inch lifting kit″, which gives you additional space for larger tires, an unprecedented driving quality, at an affordable price and lets you build on the kit if you ever want to improve off-road performance with Game Changer components.
Patented MetalCloak components have proven themselves safe with the FMVSS safety certificate; test performed while configured with 37 inches, full armor and suspension.

MetalCloak took the best features of the most used control arm joints and combined these features to create the Duroflex joint, producing a low maintenance self-centering and rebuildable joint, high misalignment (34˚), with OEM quality running.

dupont fiber™ Kevlar® is now composed of the proprietary elastomer of the Duroflex bushing, bringing even more resistance, durability and performance.
Kevlar® is a synthetic fiber with an extremely high weight / strength ratio… five times stronger than steel and commonly used in bulletproof armor applications.
Duroflex bushings with Kevlar® are identifiable by the MetalCloak “M” positioned on the external surface.

What are true double speed coils?
Le bobine MetalCloak JK Wrangler True Dual Rate™ have one of the longest free lengths in the industry for greater articulation without sacrificing OEM ride quality.
Without the advantage of Dual Rate Design, the required Spring Rate would be too low e “squishy” – just loading your Jeep with supplies would affect height and ride quality.

The Durotrak bush ™ patented ( metalcloakpatents.com ) is an NVH bushing (noise, vibrations, hardness) made with MetalCloak's proprietary elastomeric compound. The Durotrak two-part bushing ™ consists of two pieces that screw together making this bushing simple to install without a press, reduces vibrations and harshness transferred to the driver and improves the vehicle's steering input.

The rear bolt on the bracket is a key component
The rear repositioning and the track bar bracket offer everything you need to allow the track bar to keep the axle correctly centered under your Jeep.
Outboard shock absorber support
- Designed to move the lower shock absorber mounts away from the Jeep frame rails, increasing the free space for the shock absorber body at the ends of the joint.
- All grade hardware 8 provided.
- Treated with gold zinc chromate for maximum defense against the elements.
- Made of 3/16 '' laser cut steel″ and CNC-bent for superior strength and precise fitment.
The bracket rotates the shock absorber eye; allows you to oscillate with the axis and not be constrained to the limited elastomeric material.
IMPORTANT NOTE: if using OE wheels, 2 spacers will be needed″ to give adequate space. These supports are intended for use for wheels with 4.5″ of backspace or less or equivalent to a 2″ on factory wheels.

Designed specifically for the JK Wrangler, the system comes with 4 rectangular discs, which allow for easy adjustment between 1″ – 4″.
