SHIPMENTS

All our products will be transported with suitable packaging and covered byinsurance policy which protects the customer in case of breakage or loss during the transport of the order. Deliveries are made within 24 / 48h for all products that are available on the shop pages.

Products with the initials “Available in 7/10 days” they will be sent within the time frame indicated in the initials itself, in the eventual unavailability of some products, the order will be processed with a single shipment no later than twenty working days.The items on offer will be shipped at the end of the promotion which usually lasts for ten days.

In any case, at the time of the order, Dirt4x4 will inform the customer of any shipping delay.

Also at the same time as the shipment, the customer will receive on the email indicated in the order, the tracking number to stay informed about delivery times.

Shipments for orders equal to or greater than € 1000,00 will be made free of charge.

In contracts that impose on the professional the obligation to provide for the shipment of the goods, the risk of loss or damage to the goods, for reasons not attributable to the seller, is transferred to the consumer only when the latter, or a third party designated by him and other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the assets.
2. However, the risk is transferred to the consumer already at the time of delivery of the goods to the carrier if the latter has been chosen by the consumer and this choice has not been proposed by the professional, without prejudice to the consumer's rights vis-à-vis the carrier.
