Fox and BDS have teamed up to customize each valve application to work perfectly with on suspensions such as BDS and Metalcloak which require a softer valve. The basic shock absorber design is based on Fox Racing Shock racing products, but redesigned to transform your Jeep into an off-road machine.

The body of the shock absorber in aluminum 6061 Cold forged T6 dissipates heat three times faster than a conventional steel shock absorber. The Performance Series shock absorber 2.0 works as a diameter damper 2.5 in the same application.

The 5/8 chrome shafts″ heavy duty are induction hardened to over 55 Rockwell C, virtually eliminating scratches caused by rust and debris.

The design of the internal floating piston separates the shock oil from the gas chamber charged with high pressure nitrogen, eliminating oil aeration and cavitation, while providing a predictable ride.
