Your tax information is also stored in our company's local databases (in order to be able to process them for issuing tax documents in the event of successful bookings), password protected. Our data access systems are also protected by passwords and antivirus software, anti malware, anti ramsonware, anti trojan horse, and access is allowed only to personnel designated for processing. A daily copy of the data is performed on encrypted devices, in order to guarantee their resilience and avert any risk of loss due to destruction.

Our systems are designed to allow the processing of only data that is exclusively necessary to perform certain operations. Eg, if you are subscribed to our newsletter, the operator who manages the newsletter service, will only have access to your e-mail address and no other personal data (will not be able to see your address, your tax code, etc.).

About the emails we send you, we use Microsoft Azure servers to contact you through the Sendgrid address and the server on which our website is hosted.

Despite all the precautions taken and the safety systems adopted, the possibility of a personal data breach is not excluded (c.d. data breach), for example due to a system hacker attack. Then, as required by law, we will notify the violation to the supervisory authority, not later than 72 hours from the moment we become aware of it.

Right of access

It is your right to ask us, at any time, if your data is being processed and obtain access to them. All information related to the treatment (purpose, categories of data in question, recipients, retention period, right to object, existence of profiling, transfer to third countries) are already specified in this information.

Regarding access to your data, you can connect to your private area at any time and consult them directly online.

Right to object

It is your right to object, at any time, for reasons related to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you, including profiling based on these provisions. In this case we will refrain from further processing your personal data unless there are compelling legitimate reasons to proceed with the processing that prevail over your interests., about your rights and freedoms, or for the assessment, the exercise or defense of a right in court.

If your personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object to the processing for these purposes at any time, including profiling to the extent that it is connected to such direct marketing.

Correction of information

By logging into your private area, you can at any time rectify your personal data, should they be inaccurate or integrate them if any are missing.

Export of information

In your private area there is a function that allows you to export a copy of your personal data that you have provided to us at any time.

There is also a feature that allows you to broadcast, by email, your data to another data controller.

Deletion of information or the right to be forgotten

You can request the deletion of your data at any time:

• if they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which you provided them to us;
• if you have withdrawn your consent to the processing and there is no other legal basis for the processing itself;
• if they have been treated unlawfully.

Particularly:

If you have made a reservation with us and consequently it has been issued by our company Invoice / Receipt in your name:

• we can't delete before 10 years the personal data, tax and access (Name, Surname, Street address, Fiscal Code, Username e Password);
• we can delete the contact details (e-mail, phone, mobile phone, fax);

I know, instead, you have never made a reservation with us and consequently it has not been issued by our company Invoice / Receipt in your name:

• you can choose whether to delete the entire account (personal data, Tax, of Contact, of Access) or if you want to keep your account open (Username e Password) anonymously. In this last case, the data you want to delete will be replaced with "x" characters, in order to allow our systems to function equally.

Data retention times

If you do not ask us to delete your data from our systems, we will eliminate them after a certain period of time.

The permanence of your data in our systems depends on the type of data and the processing for which the data is intended.

Personal and fiscal data, if business relationships have been established with you, we have to save them for 10 years.

If you have not established commercial relationships but you have given us your consent to send commercial and advertising information, we save them for 1 year.

If, on the other hand, you have revoked your consent to the use of your data to send you commercial information, we immediately delete your data as it is no longer necessary.

Regulatory information
