Terrafirma provides a range of fixed and swiveling towing and retrieval points. Those specific to the Defender are designed to bolt to the original frame positions for front and rear for maximum strength. There are also swiveling recovery points suitable for a range of Terrafirma bumpers, as well as a welded universal pickup point and a bumper-mounted swivel recovery point for Defender with standard bumper and air conditioning.

Jate rings are designed to replace the original frame anchor eyelets and are intended to be used as reset points as widely used by the British Ministry of Defense. Depending on the equipment already mounted, it is possible that they fit in combination with steering guards and winch bumpers, but they do not normally fit with the original rear towing equipment.
